2016 Tasi Prosecco - Authentic Italian Organic
(Prosecco DOC) - Imported

Wine Notes: Straw yellow in colour with green tints. This premium imported Italian Prosecco features aromas of honeysuckle and orchard-fruits that lead the nose. Its bright and enjoyable palate offers ripe pear, green apple and candied citrus peel. An easygoing Prosecco with fresh acidity and soft continuous bubbles.

With Food: Serve with freshly shucked oysters or lightly grilled scallops.

2019 Paxton Pinot Gris - Organic/Biodynamic

Wine Notes: Bright tropical fruit aromas with hints of frangipani, nashi pear, white peach and pine nuts make this eleventh single vineyard release from Paxton an absolute cracker. It displays a fruit freshness and structure that makes it a premium drop, worthy of our ultimate dinner party pack.

The palate features zesty fruit, lemon pith, lemon sorbet, grapefruit and a hint of ginger. A lovely creaminess fills the mid palate prior to finishing with a bright citrus lift. A class act.

With Food: Light pasta dishes (example pesto) would work well with this wine. Also light rice dishes and braises. Can be served as an aperitif, or with brie and camembert cheeses.

2018 Yangarra Estate Grenache Rosé

Wine Notes: Yangarra Estate is celebrated for its highly aromatic, and gently spice driven class leading Grenache fruit. Its bush vines are harvested early in the season capturing the sweet and lively pink lady apple crunchiness of the skins, leading to a very pale coloured, elegant and dry style of Rosé - think lean French Provence style. The Grenache Rosé displays delicate rose hip and strawberry aromas with a juicy crisp palate. It’s one of Australia’s true greats - a wine we’re particularly passionate about.

2017 J.E Ngeringa Uncultured Pinot Noir

Wine Notes: While this wine features impressive classic pinot noir fruit aromas of glacé and sour cherries, its additional fragrances of spice and oregano and thyme herb makes it a class leading drop.

The palate is fresh and bright, and layered with a fruit driven red berry flavours, just touched with spicy hints of cloves and cinnamon. The finish is generous and long.

With Food: Without a doubt, this classic pinot noir is well suited to roast duck, fragrant mushroom dishes and lighter styled game. Also makes a wonderful match to chocolate and fresh or stewed strawberries.

2018 Yangarra Estate PF Shiraz - Preservative Free

Wine Notes: This quality Preservative Free Shiraz is made from certified biodynamic single-estate vineyard fruit - grown without herbicides, fungicides or synthetic chemicals. It’s also made without any additions like: sulphur (preservative), acid, tannin or finings.

A medium bodied, fresh, fruit driven wine that features luscious ripe fruit flavours and a supple mouth feel. Vibrant in colour, wonderfully textured and designed to drink now.

With Food: A versatile mid-weight wine, the PF Shiraz is great for more robust everyday meals - pasta bolognese, pizza, scotch fillet steak and roasts.
